Despite the high price tags, there's already a waiting list of 600 interested buyers, underscoring the demand for such exclusive properties.

Regent’s View, Bethnal Green

In East London’s Bethnal Green, a unique transformation is underway at the site of two Victorian gasholders. Developer St William Homes is converting these industrial relics into a luxury residential complex named Regent’s View.  One Port Street, Manchester

One Port Street, a residential skyscraper located on the edge of the city’s Northern Quarter, exemplifies this trend. Developed by Select Property Group and designed by SimpsonHaugh architects, the building stands at 100 meters tall with 33 storeys, housing 477 units. Amenities include a 2,000-square-foot leisure suite featuring a swimming pool, gym, and fitness studio, as well as a rooftop terrace named Paganini’s. Construction commenced in January 2023, with completion expected in 2025.

In a monumental transformation, the historic Old War Office building in Whitehall is being redeveloped into The OWO Residences by Raffles.
