Stepping into Dubai, one of the first things that catches your eye is the stunning skyline dominated by architectural wonders. I think you really can find all kinds of shapes there in between. Of course, this made me think, what are the actual clients' needs in such a special city, where innovations blend with traditions. So while meeting partners, I set my personal opinion about the Dubai market.

Second point, which I noticed, while they built fast - they sell fast. And obviously, the Dubai market always requires all the latest instruments which will help developers to sell their projects. And here is the time for VRs, immersive rooms and various interactive online-platforms comes.
